Outgoing Tenant
Our second stay at this complex was as great as the previous one year lease we signed in 2019. Since we couldn't find ... a decent apartment home to rent and quality management at the same time is when we decided to return to Chandler Ridge and our decision, in large part, was driven not only by the value but due to Flor in the management office. She was great the first time we moved in and was even more helpful the second time. She is the best and has always been very accommodating with her time and assistance. I have lived in several apartment communities the last 7 years since I have moved from Wisconsin to Arizona. On my move ... in day, I was greeted by the most awesome staff. It has been 2 years since I have been here, and the staff is still awesome! It was not a show. I cannot say enough about Susan who works in the office, she is the kindest caring person I have ever met. She takes her time to listen each time I am in the office. She always goes above and beyond; she is a keeper. When I often come into the office, Kelly the manager, always acknowledges you each time as well. They all make you feel like this is your home and that they are working for you. Amazing!!!!!! You just cannot get this kind of customer service anywhere else. When I have had maintenance issues, the kind guys call you by your first name and fix the same day or the next day. Wow! I very seldom ever have an issue with bugs, and this is because they do preventative spraying all the time. My Fiance' moved to Arizona a little over a year ago, and we spent quite a bit of time looking for the best place to stay. ... After visiting several apartment communities, and touring more units than I care to remember, Chandler Ridge was the best choice for us. First let me mention, Flora was very professional and helpful. She made us feel as if we already lived here. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and helped ease the nervousness of moving to another state. Needless to say, we just renewed our lease for another year, the reason for this is: they are so accommodating and treat us like family and not just another payment. Maintenance responds to work orders faster than I have ever experienced, and they are professional and courteous. Parking has never been a problem and we have never experienced or heard of anyone's property being stolen or vandalized. The area is perfect for walking, bike riding, skating etc.. There is a park in walking distance with a basketball court. We could not have asked for a better location, everything is at your door. We are minutes from Downtown and there are so many restaurant choices if you don't feel like cooking. In a nutshell we are EXTREMELY happy with our choice to live here.
